DOWNLOADING & INSTALLING CROSSLOOP
1. Download Crossloop here
2. Select 'RUN'
3. Select 'RUN' again
4. Select Language, click 'OK'
5. Select 'NEXT' when this below screen appears.
6. Once you have read the Terms & Conditions and you are happy with them, select 'ACCEPT'.
7. If you would like an icon on the desktop or taskbar, select the appropriate boxes, as shown below.
8. If you are happy to proceed, select ' INSTALL'
9. Once the installation is complete, select 'FINISH' as below.
10. Once you have installed the Crossloop application, the following window will appear. In order for AC's PC Services to connect, you must provide us with the unique 'Access Code' displayed similar to that in the box below.
11. Once you have selected the green 'Connect' button, the following screen will appear.
To END the session, select 'DISCONNECT' to only allow us to view your computer and not TAKE CONTROL, select the keyboard and mouse icon in the centre.
