All of our support contract packages offer unlimited remote telephone support and a set number of pro-rata hours on-site/workshop support. With each of our packages we clearly outline the maximum number of hours of on-site/workshop support that the package provides. This enables us to ensure that we harmonise your bespoke support requirements to the appropriate package and fee.

If, whilst we are supporting you, we find that you require a small amount of extra on-site/workshop hours than your package allows, as a commitment to our flexibility we will provide that extra support at no additional cost.

Where it evolves that your requirements exceed your packages cover by a distinct amount, we will happily review the various options with you which could include recommending an upgraded plan or simply providing any additional cover on a Pay As You Go basis. Support packages provide a cost effective alternative to using Pay As You Go Technical Support on a regular basis. All support agreements expire after a 12 month period.
