Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the
website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
- All call outs
are on a 'No Fix - No Fee' basis. Should you require a detailed estimate/quotation,
please contact us for further details. You the customer will be given an
estimate of cost prior to any work taking place. If you can find a better
price elsewhere, contact us and we'll match or beat it.
Services:-
- In the event
of a site visit to your location being cancelled whilst an engineer is in
transit to your location, a charge will be made to the amount of 50% of
the total call out charge. Currently this stands at £20 call out,
meaning should you cancel the call out once we are traveling to your location,
you will be charged £10 for the call out.
- Any product supplied
during the course of providing a service, such as in the event of a replacement
part is covered by the manufactures guarantee only.
- Any work carried
out by AC's PC Services is to the highest standard, therefore we do not
offer any time period of guarantee with or work. This is due simply to the
fact that there is human interaction with computer work stations. In the
event of a customer being unsatisfied with the work carried out, we will
endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible and where required a second
option will be requested from a another engineer.
- Should, in the event
of work being undertaken by a member of the AC's PC Service team cause damage
to the equipment being worked on, a suitable like for like replacement part
will be offered and fitted to rectify the issue free of charge. It must
be proven by the client that this issue was not present prior to a member
of our team engaging with the equipment.
- Any estimates
given by AC's PC Services are estimates only and can fluctuate, any differences
in services/pricing will be clearly outlined prior to any work commencing.
- Any quotation
given by AC's PC Services are valid for a maximum of 14 days including weekends.
- Any product including
but not limited to software applications and hardware license must be supplied
to AC's PC Services prior to installation and configuration on any system.
If a license is not supplied or not believed to be genuine AC's PC Services
and our engineers will refuse to install the item on the system.
- Should we discover
the content including but not limited to of an illegal/inappropriate nature,
AC's PC Services will liaise fully with the law enforcement agency within
that locality. This includes but again not limited to any storage device
where we suspect illegal/inappropriate content was/is or will be used to
store.
- Where possible
we will try and price match or beat any competitor or high street service
provider. However we do not guarantee to be able to do so. We also require
evidence in support of a price match/beat from the third party detailing
there offer.
- When agreeing
to a Support Service Level Agreement with us, we require you agree to a
minimum of a two month agreement with us, and require a minimum of two calendar
moths notice from you should you wish to cancel your agreement with us.
- In the event that we
are unable to contact a customer to return an item to them following work
being carried out off their premises and are unable to arrange a time to
return it to them, we will retain the item at our premises for a period
of 3 calendar months from the date of completion, during which we will continue
to try and contact the customer. Should no contact be received after this
period, the item will be handed in as lost property at the nearest police
station to the customers location with a detailed explanation.

- AC's PC Services do
not guarantee that you will make any profit or cash when offering your PC
components for sale on eBay or any other website.
- AC's PC Services may
charge a maximum of 10% on any item which sells successfully which we have
auctioned on your behalf.
- We require payment
for the the service prior to the items being sold or offered for sale.
- Any price(s) which
we recommend/suggest you sell the items for is not guaranteed and is only
an estimate based on experience and current market prices.
- We will not be responsible
for the items once they have been returned to the customer or upon receipt
of the buyer.
- AC's PC Services is not associated
in any way with eBay or their trade marks.
- Additional costs may
be incurred when offer the items for sale, such as auction site fees and
final sale price fees.
Products:-
- Any product purchased
from/through AC's PC Services and not installed/configured by ourselves
has a 7 day cooling off period in which the item can be returned to us.
We ask the item to be in it's original packaging.
- Any order placed
by you for goods advertised on our web site is an offer by you to purchase
the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us
for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted
it.
- We will send
you an order acknowledgement shortly after you place your order, notifying
you that we have received your order. This acknowledgement is not notification
that we have accepted your order.
- If we accept
your order, we will notify you by email that we have accepted it prior to
dispatch of the goods. If we cannot accept your order (for example (but
without limitation) because the goods are found to be unavailable) we will
notify you by telephone or email.
- In the event
that, after we accept your order, we discover that the goods ordered are
unavailable or that there was a pricing error on our web site in respect
of the goods ordered, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered
and to offer you a refund or alternative goods.
- The description
and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Supplier´s
web site at the time you place your order.
- If after acceptance
of your order we discover within 14 days of such acceptance that all of
the goods are unavailable, we may terminate the contract and refund or re-credit
you within 7 working days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited
from your credit card for those goods. In these circumstances, we will inform
you as soon as possible.
- Payment for the
goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the Supplier´s
web site at the time you place your order.
- Payment shall
be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be a fundamental
term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate
the contract immediately.
- There will be
no delivery until cleared funds are received.
- The goods you
order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the supplier´s
control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.
- The goods are
at your risk from the time of delivery.
- You have the
right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 days after you receive
the goods.
- To exercise your
right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by email
, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery
and any other relevant details. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
- Once you have
notified the Supplier that you are canceling the contract, the Supplier
will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid
by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
- Except in the
case of faulty or misperceived goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation
after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for
returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be
returned to the address shown within the Returns on Line section of the
Supplier's web site You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are
not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
- In the case
of faulty or MiniScribe goods the Supplier shall, after receiving notification
either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods to the
Supplier of which the cost will be reimbursed should the goods be faulty
or MiniScribe.
- Once you have
notified the Supplier that you are canceling the contract, the Supplier
will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid
by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
- Except in the
case of faulty or MiniScribe. goods, if you do not return the goods as required,
the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering
the goods.
- Product images
are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
Offers &
Discounts:-
- All discounts
exclude the cost of a standard call out charge.
We reserve the right to cancel any discount/offer without prior notice.
Only one discount/offer per customer per call out.
- Any discounts/offers
advertised on our website, apply only to the services which we directly
provide and do not apply to any product available for purchase through our
'Online Store'.
- In the event
of a price match/beat, we will request proof of the third parties price
offer.
- When using the FREE
PC health Check Services, a charge of £10 will be made in order for
us to collect and return your PC work station to you within a 10 mile radius
of Newcastle City Centre.
